1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 24x7 Emergency Card service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides users with a QR code that, when scanned, displays emergency contact information and medical details provided by the user. The Service is designed to provide information to first responders, medical personnel, or good samaritans in the event of an emergency. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into your emergency profile. 24x7 Emergency Card is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the availability of cellular or internet service required to access the information. The Service's effectiveness is dependent on a third party having a functioning smartphone with camera and internet access to scan the QR code and view the information.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 24x7 Emergency Card, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of life, personal injury, or other losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
